| Episode Narrative | Near record high temperatures and relative humidity values of 5 percent or less were present across the Permian Basin and Trans Pecos area. Strong winds aloft mixed down to the surface resulting in wind speeds near 30 to 40 MPH with gusts to 50 MPH across the region. A Red Flag Warning and a Wind Advisory were in effect. |
